Passdoc subscription terms

Billing, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal for the Passdoc subscription to the official document catalogue.

1. Status of Passdoc

Passdoc is a private service. It is not an administration, is not mandated by one, and files nothing with one for a customer. Every form in the catalogue is a reproduction of a document that its issuing authority publishes and that the authority may also supply directly.

The service is operated by Clicdoc technology Limited (C 114711), a company incorporated under Maltese law under number C114711, with its registered office at .

Last updated: May 28, 2026.

2. What the subscription gives access to

A subscriber may search the whole catalogue, of more than 15,000 official forms and administrative documents indexed by country and by purpose, complete any of them with the assistance of the online tool, and download the finished file. No cap is placed on the number of documents produced during the subscription.

What the customer receives is the document itself. Any step that follows, such as signing it, sending it to the competent office or paying an official fee, remains the customer's own to take.

3. Price schedule

The subscription runs in two phases: an entry period, then a recurring monthly charge on the plan selected.

PhaseAmountWhen it is charged
Entry period$1.04On registration. Runs 48 hours and opens every feature of the service.
Monthly plan$56.84 per monthTaken automatically once the 48 hours following registration have elapsed, and on the same calendar day of each month afterwards.
Professional plan$114.84 per monthTaken automatically once the 48 hours following registration have elapsed, and on the same calendar day of each month afterwards.

Prices are displayed with all applicable taxes included. The VAT applied is that of the customer's country of residence, following the European rules on electronically supplied services.

4. Payment method and changes of price

Charges are taken automatically from the bank card registered at sign-up, whether Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or from whatever other payment method was saved at that point. By registering it the customer authorises Passdoc, in express terms, to debit that method on each scheduled date.

Passdoc may revise its prices. A revision is notified in writing by email no later than 30 days before it applies, and a customer who does not accept it may cancel at no cost before the new price takes effect.

5. Notices sent before and after each charge

  • A confirmation of registration, restating the date on which the first charge of $56.84 falls due.
  • A reminder 7 days before the entry period closes, giving the exact date of that first charge and the steps for cancelling.
  • A confirmation after every monthly charge, carrying the invoice for it and a link through to customer service.

6. Cancelling the subscription

6.1 Channels

A customer may cancel whenever they wish, at no cost and with no minimum term, through any of these routes:

  • In the customer area on https://www.passdoc.com, under "My subscription", using the "Cancel my subscription" button. This is processed on the spot.
  • By email to [email protected], quoting the email address the account is held under.
  • By letter to the customer service of Clicdoc technology Limited (C 114711) at its registered office.

6.2 When it bites

Cancellation operates as soon as it reaches Passdoc, and no charge is taken after that moment. The catalogue stays open for the remainder of the period that has been paid. Nothing is repaid pro rata, except where the Refund Policy provides otherwise.

6.3 Written confirmation

A written confirmation is sent by email in every case, within 24 hours of the cancellation at the latest, giving the date it took effect and the date access ends.

7. Right of withdrawal, customers resident in the EU

European Directive 2011/83/EU gives a customer resident in the European Union 14 calendar days from subscribing in which to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty to pay.

The right is exercised either through the withdrawal form held in the customer area, or by notifying the decision in any written form, be that email, post or a letter delivered by hand.

Exception. Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and the equivalent provisions of the other Member States, withdraw that right where the service has been performed in full before the 14 days are up, with the customer's express agreement and express waiver. Passdoc requests that waiver explicitly on each document downloaded during the entry period, because the download completes the service for the document concerned.

8. What happens if a payment fails

  1. A second debit is attempted within 3 days.
  2. An email asks the customer to update the payment method.
  3. Access to the catalogue is suspended for as long as the payment is outstanding, from the 7th day.
  4. The subscription is cancelled automatically on the 14th day of non-payment, with no fee or penalty falling on the customer.

Nothing is owed beyond the last month actually billed.

9. Customer service and dispute resolution

Questions, complaints and requests about a subscription go to Clicdoc technology Limited (C 114711), Customer Service, , or by email to [email protected]. Replies average 24 business hours.

Where a dispute stays unresolved, the customer may refer it at no charge to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Acceptance, and the documents that sit beside these terms

Taking out a Passdoc subscription amounts to acceptance of these Subscription Terms in whole. They are restated ahead of each payment and accepted by ticking a dedicated box.

A copy travels with the registration confirmation email and stays available from the customer area at any time.

These terms stand apart from the Refund Policy, the General Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy, each of which is reachable from the footer of every page of the Site.
