Scope and Purpose of the Notice
This notice pertains to the sale of specific items classified as abandoned or unclaimed, notably including Ad Blue - Diesel Exhaust Fluids. The deposit must be paid via a Banker’s Cheque, drawn in favour of the Director-General, Mauritius Revenue Authority. This cheque should be deposited in a designated tender box located at the Customs Warehouse before the bidding deadline.
It is important to note that personal cheques are not accepted, and the Banker’s Cheque must be clearly marked with the bidder’s name and the items for which the deposit is intended. Bidders are advised to ensure that their deposits are correctly submitted to avoid disqualification.
Viewing Arrangements and Access Requirements
Potential buyers are invited to view the goods in person at the Customs Warehouse. To facilitate access, visitors are required to carry their Identity Cards (ID) when arriving at the Port Main Gate. This measure ensures security and proper identification of all visitors during the viewing sessions.

This public tender offers an opportunity for businesses and individuals to acquire goods that are otherwise considered unclaimed.
